Drawing coloring has always been a hobby or activity suitable for involving emotions.

It is a way to convey what you have inside and to let go, a way to stimulate the creative process that is the basis of knowing how to be using the senses. It is therefore a sort of narrative that runs through a world that is often unexplored or never told.
Within this tool there is the construction of the Mandala which brings with it other and important peculiarities, including the ability to concentrate, focus and constitutes a valid training for the memory.
Mandala is a Sanskrit word that means circle which according to the Buddhist tradition represents the universe, the cosmos on which to meditate.
The monks use colored sand to make their wonderful Mandalas and at the end of the work they destroy everything to remember that everything is impermanent.
