Yoga and meditation teacher, Healing QiGong, Shinrin-Yoku Therapist (registered with
AISCON), counselor, trainer, journalist, lecturer, speaker, writer, painter. They were all
tools that brought me here where you too are reading me. The reflection on myself and
my values led me to an unprecedented process of awareness. From here began the
desire to propose the same path I took in constant dialogue with the true self.
I have a law degree with a specialization in criminology related to neuroscience and
criminal psychology. I worked as a consultant for the Milan Employment Center, through
a non-profit organization that dealt with training, guidance and job placement in difficult
neighborhoods with a high rate of immigration; I arrived there, after a course of study in
which, in addition to managing groups, I followed counseling and Pnl courses, also
studied in depth during my work experience with ad hoc training courses.
