Yoga for children, in fact, is not a translation of that
done for adults but is conceived, precisely, for a
harmony and proper management of the great energy
power they have. This energy must be maintained but
controlled, that is, children must learn to direct it: for an
ability to concentrate, for relating with others and for
education in respect and autonomy. The practice of
yoga is also linked to the creative process and the
realization of stories that help to be and find one's place
in a collaborative community. Even for children there
are moments of art with the word, and the drawing of
mandalas.
